Ewen Maddock Recreation Centre

Ewen Maddock Recreation Centre provides programmed camping and accommodation services for all types of groups from pre schooler, primary, secondary, tertiary and international, students to corporate and community groups. Our well lit and acoustically suberb all-purpose hall is available for functions and conferences.

We can provide a further 90 beds for touring groups who wish to travel to Mooloolaba and surrounding beach areas and who wish to stay at Mooloolaba. Catering is provided or weekend groups may opt to hire kitchen facilities and self cater.

We have a qualified group facilitator and corporate team development facilitator working in conjunction with our centre as well as providing services for camps of all ages eg pres school fun days, primary school camps, high schools, church groups and community groups.

Site Location

Situated by the beautiful Ewen Maddock Dam 7km north of Australia Zoo on Glasshouse Mts Rd. Surrounding Ewen Maddock Dam and just 3km to Landsborough township and twenty minutes from Caloundra - one hour to Brisbane

Amenities

2 dormitories are divided into six bedrooms (2x6). Each dormitory has four bathrooms and toilets (2x4). Three cabins are divided into two sections each with one toilet (3x2x1) and one shower. A separate shower block has 4 showers. Four transportable cabins have 1 shower each (4x1). All purpose hall has 4 toilets.
